Why the aggression? |
| Needed stamps, but nowhere to find them. Going into a store selling cards. Birthday cards and that sort of stuff.
- Excuse me, do you happen to sell stamps? - No. I felt she was very cold. Why only replying with "No"? Why not say, "No, I am sorry, we don't" The conversation floats much more nicely with the staff if they just try to be a bit more friendly. |
