Can not withdraw money from Ultimate Bet

I was trying to withdraw some money for the first time from UB and was told that as I had forgotten to update my phone number, I can only withdraw after I key in my phone number. After I did just that, the system tells me I still can't withdraw. I emailed them again, for 5 days in a row!

All I got was 1 reply telling me that my email will be forwarded to the relevant people. I think that is extremely bad customer service and I urge all to avoid them. They take either ages to reply or reply quality is poor.
